Holding a Master’s degree of Commercial Law (Thesis: Status of the Vietnamese law on commercial franchise and proposals for improvement) of the University of Ho Chi Minh City and a Master’s degree (complete) in International Business Law (Thesis: Improvement of the conclusion and implementation of international sale contracts for Vietnamese SMEs) of the University of Jean Moulin (Lyon, France).

Phương focuses her practice on Company law and International business law (commercial law, international contracts), as well as on Investment Law (direct and indirect investment, domestic and foreign investment). She has extensive experience in share/capital transfer and company restructuring.

Thanks to her awareness of sectors specifities, she is particularly efficient on advising our clients in the pharma/health industry and education sector.

Phương joined FIDAL ASIATTORNEYS in 2014 after 3 years of experience as a legal assistant in a trading company based in France and as a lawyer in a law firm in Vietnam.
