Grande distribution : L’investissement majeur du groupe Auchan au Vietnam – Groupe Auchan s’associe à CT Group au Vietnam (06/06/2014)
CT Group et ISMS, la division supermarchés de Groupe Auchan ont signé récemment un protocole d’accord pour développer au Vietnam une activité de supermarché. Le partenariat a été conclu le 6 juin au siège d’AuchanSuper à Jouy-en Josas. Présidée par M. Tran Kim Chung, CT Group est une entreprise basée à Ho-Chi-Minh Ville et spécialisée dans l’immobilier commercial.
L’accord prévoit :
– Le développement d’une activité de commerce alimentaire dans laquelle AuchanSuper sera majoritaire et qui s’appuiera sur la création récente par CT Group d’un supermarché à l’enseigne S-Mart. Un deuxième magasin est en cours de construction.
– Un partenariat dans une société immobilière visant à proposer des sites adaptés à cette nouvelle activité. AuchanSuper y sera minoritaire.
CT Group met au service de ces projets communs sa fine connaissance d’un pays stable et prospère tandis qu’AuchanSuper apportera son expertise de l’ensemble des métiers de la grande distribution, permettant d’envisager un développement significatif aux standards internationaux. L’activité de supermarché sera dirigée par Jordi Fernandez, précédemment directeur commercial en Espagne et en Tunisie.
Conformément à sa vision stratégique, la division supermarchés de Groupe Auchan concrétise ainsi la volonté de mettre en place des relais de croissance à l’international en partenariat avec des acteurs locaux pour contribuer, dans un nouveau pays, à l’augmentation du pouvoir d’achat et de la qualité de vie des clients.
