FIDAL Asiattorneys, a subsidiary of FIDAL \u2013 the No. 1 business law firm in continental Europe \u2013 is boosting its development in Southeast Asia with the creation of a Major Projects department dedicated to this area.<\/p>\n

Together with the firm\u2019s other practice areas, this department will offer integrated and full support in investment (funds, infrastructure companies, holding companies, etc.) and infrastructure projects (PPP, BOT, Concessions, etc.), as well as in structuring tender procedures and contractual frameworks.<\/p>\n

Nicolas Ragache, lawyer and economist, graduate of Panth\u00e9on-Assas University (LLM in International Business Law), ENSAE (Msc) and DELTA (EHESS \u2013 DEA Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Analysis and Policy M2), spent 20 years working in French institutions and administrations as an economist and specialist of public finances, particularly in charge of issues related to industrial, agricultural and European financing. He has also represented the State on the board of directors of public entities and advised several French government ministers.<\/p>\n

As manager of the \u201cMajor Projects, Investment and Infrastructure\u201d department of FIDAL Asiattorneys, Nicolas Ragache will develop his practice with Albert Franceskinj and Caroline Chazard-Meas, the managing partners of FIDAL\u2019s subsidiary in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
